I’m a video editor, colorist, and writer-director who approaches post-production from a storytelling perspective. I’ve worked across reality television, branded content, short films, documentaries, and independent projects, which has taught me how to find the story inside very different kinds of footage. I work primarily in DaVinci Resolve and enjoy taking projects from raw footage through editing, color, sound, and final delivery.
What makes my approach different is that I don’t see editing as simply putting good shots together. I’m interested in rhythm, performance, emotion, visual language, and the small decisions that make a piece feel intentional. My writing and directing experience also helps me understand what a scene needs beyond the timeline whether that means restructuring a sequence, finding a stronger emotional beat, or knowing when to hold a shot rather than cutting it.
I’ve learned much of my craft by working hands-on across productions, from assisting on television and reality shows to writing and directing my own films and taking on freelance post-production work. That experience has made me comfortable working with imperfect footage, tight deadlines, changing briefs, and large volumes of material while keeping the creative goal in focus.
I’m particularly passionate about documentary, narrative, branded, and YouTube work where the edit has room to breathe and the story matters. I’m looking for opportunities where I can bring strong editorial instincts, cinematic color, and a director’s understanding of story to the project not just make something look polished, but make it connect.
