I'm seeking an experienced YouTube gaming strategist or creative producer to conduct a comprehensive, in-depth audit of my entire channel.

Scope of the Project

I want someone to evaluate both the creative and analytical sides of my channel to identify what's working, what's underperforming, and what changes would have the greatest impact on growth.

1. Comprehensive Channel Analytics

Review my YouTube Studio analytics, including impressions, click-through rates, audience retention, average view duration, traffic sources, subscriber conversion, and overall channel performance.

Identify patterns that may explain why certain videos succeed while others struggle.

2. Long-Form Content Evaluation

I have a relatively small library of long-form videos, so I'd like a thorough review of all existing long-form uploads.

This should involve actually watching the content, not simply reviewing performance statistics.

Evaluate video structure, hooks, editing, pacing, storytelling, entertainment value, personality, and viewer engagement.

Identify specific moments or recurring issues that may be limiting retention or audience growth.

3. YouTube Shorts Evaluation

Review my Shorts library and its performance to determine what's driving views, which content resonates most with audiences, and whether my short-form strategy is effectively contributing to long-form growth.

I'd also like to understand whether my Shorts are attracting the right audience for my channel.

4. Content Packaging and Positioning

Evaluate thumbnails, video titles, content selection, channel branding, and overall presentation.

I want professional insight from someone who understands why viewers choose to watch gaming entertainment and, more importantly, why they continue watching.
