About Tom Sharman and The Content Operators
Tom Sharman is a UK content operator and founder of The Content Operators, based in Brighton. He builds the strategy, teams and systems that turn creators and entrepreneurs into media businesses. He has previously worked with Sam Stoffel, Ben Heath, Niko Omilana, The Burnt Chip and Secret Leaders, among others. He takes on a small number of clients, and the team works remotely: the editors already work across Pakistan and the Philippines.
Plan shoots, run formats and keep client content moving from idea to upload.
What you'll do
- Turn content strategy into formats a creator can film every week
- Plan shoots: the run sheet, the kit, the people and the day
- Keep editors and clients on schedule, from idea to upload
- Spot what is working and feed it back into the next batch
You'll be great if
- You have produced creator or brand content before
- You can run a shoot day and keep it calm
- You are organised and you write things down
- You like formats: the repeatable shape behind a series
- You can show a portfolio with view counts
How it works
- Rate: agreed per project
- Hours: Freelance or part-time, as client work needs
- Location: remote, applicants in the United Kingdom
- Process: short portfolio review, a paid trial edit or task, then ongoing work
