We're building a bench of senior long-form editors for upcoming roles with creator businesses in entertainment, education, business and podcasts. Roles are full-time or contract, remote and onsite, paying $70–130k.
Who we're looking for:
- Long-form YouTube editing
- Credits on 2+ channels with 250k+ subscribers, or one with 1M+
- 3+ years of editing
- Open to new roles
How it works:
- Apply (five minutes).
- We check your credits, retention and two references.
- When a role fits, you cut a paid trial on the client's real footage ($300, paid whether or not you're hired).
- The client hires from the trials.
You never pay us, and there's no exclusivity.
