Position Overview:
Edit engaging short-form and long-form video, with clear pacing, audio, captions and consistent visual styling. Tell us which formats best match your experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Edit source footage for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Meta formats.
• Refine pacing, sound, captions and visual styling.
• Handle multicamera syncing, audio cleanup and basic color correction where needed.
• Add text animation or light motion graphics appropriate to the project.
• Organize project files, apply feedback and check every export for quality.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of relevant professional video editing experience.
• A portfolio showing work you personally edited.
• Practical experience with editing, audio, caption and export tools.
• Clear English communication, attention to detail and reliable delivery.
• Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with podcast or interview editing, Frame.io, motion graphics or AI-assisted editing workflows.
