We are hiring one creative producer with strong scriptwriting skills for original food and candy challenges and comedy videos featuring two performers, for YouTube Shorts and long-form content.
Style references: Multi DO Challenge and Candy DO. We want original concepts inspired by these formats, not copied scripts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop ideas, stories, complete scripts, dialogue, strong opening hooks, surprises, and endings.
- Prepare shot lists, prop lists, and performance instructions.
- Guide our filming team remotely through planning calls, scheduled shoot check-ins, footage reviews, and clear feedback. Some availability during China working hours (UTC+8) is needed.
- Review audience retention and views to improve future videos.
Editing and VFX are excluded. We will start with one paid trial Short, with potential for ongoing collaboration.
