We are hiring one creative producer for COLOHLO CANDY to develop original food/candy challenges and comedy videos featuring two performers, for both YouTube Shorts and long-form videos.
Style references: Multi DO Challenge and Candy DO. We want original concepts inspired by these formats.
Responsibilities:
- Develop ideas, stories, scripts, strong opening hooks, surprises, and endings.
- Prepare shot lists, prop lists, and clear performance instructions.
- Guide our filming team remotely through planning calls, scheduled shoot check-ins, footage reviews, and actionable feedback. Some availability during China working hours (UTC+8) is needed.
- Review views and audience retention and recommend improvements.
Editing and VFX are outside the current scope.
We will start with one paid trial Short, with potential for ongoing collaboration.
Please include relevant samples, your exact contribution to each, rates per Short and long-form video, monthly options, trial fee, turnaround times, and weekly capacity. Explain your proposed timeline for evaluating performance and improving views, including assumptions; guaranteed views are not expected.
