About the Role

Responsibilities

• Turn raw footage into entertaining, high-quality videos.
• Create engaging introductions and maintain good pacing to keep viewers watching.
• Add background music, sound effects, transitions, text, and graphics when appropriate.
• Improve audio quality, color, and overall video presentation.
• Remove unnecessary footage while keeping the videos natural and entertaining.

• Create eye-catching, professional YouTube thumbnails.
• Highlight exciting casino moments, jackpots, and challenges.
• Design realistic thumbnails that attract clicks without being misleading.

• Find the best moments from my longer videos.
• Turn highlights into engaging vertical videos.
• Add captions, sound effects, and clean edits.
• Optimize short-form videos to capture attention quickly.

Requirements

• Experience editing YouTube videos.
• Strong understanding of viewer retention, storytelling, and pacing.
• Ability to create professional thumbnails and short-form content.
• Familiarity with editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Good communication and ability to meet agreed deadlines.
• Experience with casino or gambling content is a plus, but not required.
