I'm converting a camper van and travelling full-time with my dog, and I need an editor for my YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/@AwkwardAscent. The channel currently has just a few older podcast episodes, and I'll be rebranding it soon for the new content. If the topics on the podcast resonate with you, that's a huge bonus, since those themes will carry through to the new channel as well.

THE WORK
- Edit raw footage into finished 20-30 minute videos
- 1 video per week
- Starts as a 4-video trial. If it's a good fit, I'll extend to 12 more videos through January.
- Create one short reusable intro (paid separately, $[75-100]
- Colour correction, audio cleanup, * good * music (no cheesy typical YT music pls!), simple titles.
- I'll send clips already picked and in order, with minimal notes

THE STYLE
Clever but natural. Smart cuts, good pacing and well-timed humour, with no flashy effects or over-editing. It should feel like a real person telling a story. Every episode uses the same intro, music style and structure.

PAY
$[125-150] USD per finished video, fixed price, with 2 rounds of revisions included.

REQUIREMENTS
- Available for a few overlapping hours in Pacific Time
- 5-day turnaround per video max
- Experience editing long-form vlogs
