We’re hiring a YouTube Strategist to lead and own a client book at VTC, with the team, systems, and direct founder coaching to help you grow beyond what you could deliver alone.

Your mission is to own the success, satisfaction, retention, and growth of your clients by leading the YouTube strategy and client relationship, delivering agreed results, and turning those results into credible proof.

- Your strength is YouTube strategy: you can diagnose a channel, find opportunities, understand audience intent, judge ideas and packaging, direct compelling content and explain your reasoning with evidence
- You take ownership, move quickly, communicate clearly and hold a high standard
- You do not need to arrive as a finished account-management or funnel expert; we develop those adjacent skills through coaching
- Exceptional strategy judgment and the ability to learn are the foundation

Illustrative earnings: $10K to $30K+ per month, based on $100K to $300K+ in eligible monthly renewal revenue at the 10% KPI-qualified rate. The starting package is agreed individually.
