Need a clipper that is able to use flashes, sped up voice/slowed down voice, use gifs and create short form content using my long form videos, they need to be in a certain format and be quality clips, if you are good enough I am willing to let you take 50 percent of whatever the clips make via TikTok creator fund, they also need to be clips that can be used universally on TikTok ig reels and yt shorts.
