I am an award-winning composer, musician, producer, engineer, and audio professional with more than 30 years of experience in the music and entertainment industry.
A lifelong musician, I have worked extensively as a session musician, performing artist, music educator, recording engineer, producer, foley artist, sound designer, and film composer. My work spans film, television, documentaries, video games, and music production.
As a performer and recording artist, I have shared the stage with Grammy-winning members of the Kings of Rhythm, musicians associated with Anoushka and Ravi Shankar, Chapman Stick virtuoso Tom Griesgraber, John Butler of the John Butler Trio, and Isaiah Mitchell of The Black Crowes. I have also worked with Greg Douglas of the Steve Miller Band and K. Dean Smith of Captain Beefheart, and apprenticed under guitarist and educator Bud Whitcomb. As of 2025, I currently perform with Years Around the Sun.
My composing credits include Sweet, Sexy Ocean, winner of Best Music at the Sedona International Film Festival; Kuwan, winner of an Audience Choice Award; Eternity: The Movie, winner of Best Feature Fiction Film at the San Diego Film Awards; and Dive One, an official selection of the International Wildlife Film Festival.
Today, I am the founder and creative lead of Lonely Sea Productions, an artist-led audio production company specializing in original music, film scoring, sound design, and audio production.
Through Lonely Sea Productions, I work with filmmakers and creative teams to develop original musical and sonic identities for their projects. My approach combines decades of practical experience in music and audio with a strong emphasis on collaboration, storytelling, detail, and finding the right sound for each project.
I continue to perform, record, teach, and compose while developing Lonely Sea Productions as a creative resource for filmmakers, producers, and other artists.
