Creative Right Hand | Partnerships, Projects & Global Adventures

I’m a creative, highly adaptable person who has built most of my life around going somewhere new and figuring things out as I go.
I’m Portuguese, but I’ve lived in Portugal, Spain, Germany, Thailand and Malta, travelled extensively, and worked on projects across different countries and cultures. I genuinely love being thrown into unfamiliar places, meeting people I would never normally meet and making things happen with whatever is in front of me.

Professionally, my background sits somewhere between creative projects, partnerships, business development, art and international events. I’m good with people, full of ideas, commercially minded when I need to be, and very comfortable taking something from “what if we did this?” to actually making it happen. Most recently, I worked across 10 international markets, built partnerships with artists and collaborators around the world and helped generate €250K+ through the projects I worked on.

What I’m looking for now is less conventional: I’d love to become the right hand to an ambitious creator and help build the world around what they do. Travel with them when needed, find people and places, develop partnerships, organise projects, solve problems, bring ideas, handle the moving pieces and jump into whatever needs doing.
I’m not looking for a predictable 9-5 or one tiny job description. I’m looking for someone building something genuinely exciting who needs another creative, capable and slightly adventurous brain next to them.

I’m very happy with a passport, a laptop and a “we’re going here next week, figure it out.”
