I’m a YouTube strategist focused on ideation, packaging, audience retention, and channel growth. I help turn promising expertise into clear video concepts, compelling titles and thumbnails, stronger openings, and practical content plans.

My approach is evidence-led: I study a channel’s existing winners and underperformers, identify the highest-leverage constraint, and develop focused recommendations that can be tested against real performance data.

Recently, I helped develop new packaging for a GD Robot video. After the repackage was implemented, the video grew from approximately 2,000 views to 338,000 views in ten days. I present this as a strong observed outcome, not proof that packaging alone caused the growth.
