Description
I’m a self-taught video editor, and that shapes how I work. I learned by editing real videos, breaking things, and figuring out why. I started in Shotcut and have since picked up Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve. That habit of learning by doing is why I’m comfortable with new tools and can adapt quickly to whatever pipeline others already use. I am a great troubleshooter can explain technical problems in plain language, so non-technical users know what went wrong and what to do next.
I’m passionate about making media that holds up, whether that’s a clean edit, a well-designed thumbnail, or a moment that lasts. I work independently, I’m process-minded, and I follow through on long projects. If you need someone who can edit, design, troubleshoot, strategize and code, that’s what I bring.
What sets me apart is that when a render fails, a file won’t play in sync, or a workflow is slow, I trace the problem and fix it. For editing, that means I handle the technical headaches myself: file formats that won’t play nice, exports that fail or come out the wrong size, lag, and audio or video that falls out of sync. Projects stay on schedule instead of stalling on tech issues.
I’ve also worked on a podcast, so I understand audio, spoken-word pacing, and how to hold a listener’s attention without visuals. It's also taught me the importance of how audio and volume quality.
I also learned graphic design studying web media design and by learning from others, and applying that knowledge directly to my own thumbnails and visuals.
