Description
I’m a creative problem-solver with a passion for managing and editing videos and channels
With over 10 years of experience in the field
Management is efficiency in climbing the ladder of success; leadership determines whether the ladder is leaning against the right wall.
A manager is not a person who can do the work better than his men; he is a person who can get his men to do the work better than he can.
To be a good manager of people requires both fairness and bluntness.
