At Spotter, I helped manage over $450M in YouTube licensing deals, reviewing content at scale and ensuring compliance with YouTube’s policies. I’ve assessed thousands of videos for monetization eligibility and policy adherence, built internal Salesforce systems to track contract performance, and created reporting tools that influenced leadership decisions. I also hold YouTube certifications in Music Rights, Asset Monetization, and Content Ownership — and I love using that knowledge to solve complex problems at the intersection of creative content and platform policy.
