Editor with 6+ years of experience in both gaming and film.

I’ve been editing for 6+ years, originally getting into it through filmmaking before moving more towards YouTube and online content. I mainly work in DaVinci Resolve, and I care a lot about pacing, storytelling and retention. I also have experience with motion graphics, VFX, color grading and Blender.

Recently I’ve started taking on more freelance YouTube work, mainly long-form and gaming content. One of my recent projects involved taking around 8 hours of raw footage and turning it into a ~20-minute video with motion graphics, sound design and gameplay-focused editing.

I focus on keeping videos engaging without making the editing feel forced. I’ll use things like subtitles, zooms, sound effects, motion graphics and VFX when they actually add something to the moment. I also pay a lot of attention to comedic timing and knowing when to cut or let a moment play out.

My background in cinematography has made me focused on the visual side of editing and how the whole video flows. I’m looking to work with creators who care about making quality content and want an editor who can understand their style while also bringing ideas of their own.
