I’m a video editor with a strong interest in YouTube, gaming, technology, movies, and entertainment. I primarily work in DaVinci Resolve, with a focus on clean storytelling, pacing, color correction, sound design, and making long-form content engaging from the first few seconds to the final frame.
My editing skills grew from creating my own YouTube content and experimenting with different formats, which taught me to look at videos not just as a sequence of cuts, but as a story. I pay close attention to pacing, music, sound, B-roll, visual rhythm, and the small details that keep viewers engaged without making the edit feel unnecessarily complicated.
What makes my background a little different is my professional experience outside of video production. I work as a navigation officer at sea, a job that requires attention to detail, discipline, responsibility, and the ability to stay calm while solving problems. I bring the same mindset to editing: I like organized workflows, I meet deadlines, and I’m comfortable taking a large amount of raw material and turning it into something structured and watchable.
I’m currently looking to grow as a professional editor by working with YouTube creators and creative teams, especially in gaming, technology, entertainment, documentary, and other storytelling-driven content. I’m always learning and gradually expanding my skills into motion graphics and more advanced visual effects, but my main strength is making the core video work: story, pacing, sound, color, and viewer engagement.
I’m not interested in making videos that simply look busy. I want to make videos that people actually want to keep watching.
