Recrutez des pros de la création de contenu

My name is Akezhan. I was born and raised in Kazakhstan, and I currently live in Astana. I am 19 years old. From an early age, I became interested in computers, the internet, gaming, and different ways of making money. Over time, this interest turned into a desire to create my own projects and become financially independent. I have explored different areas, including reselling products, investing, entrepreneurship, and online business. I also have experience running my own business and managing finances. Content creation has become an important part of my life. I run several YouTube channels and experiment with different types of content, including Roblox, football, cars, memes, and relaxing sleep music. I work on everything myself — from ideas and video editing to thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and promotion. I am especially interested in reaching an English-speaking audience and building an international online business. I am always looking for new opportunities to learn, earn money, and grow. My goal is not simply to work for someone else, but to build my own projects, test different ideas, and eventually create a successful business. I understand that not every idea works immediately, so I try to learn from my mistakes and keep moving forward. My main goal is to develop my skills, build a stable source of income online, and eventually create a serious business of my own.

I’m a professional video editor and storyteller with 8 years of experience in video production and post-production. Over the years, I’ve worked across documentaries, branded content, events, interviews, and digital media, developing a strong understanding of how to turn raw footage into stories that are engaging, clear, and emotionally effective. What makes me different is that I approach editing from a storytelling perspective, not just a technical one. I pay close attention to pacing, performance, sound, visual rhythm, and the small details that keep an audience engaged. I’m comfortable working with long-form content and dialogue-heavy footage, and I enjoy finding the strongest moments in a conversation and shaping them into a compelling viewing experience. I’m now focusing more heavily on podcast and YouTube content, where I can bring my broader production and storytelling experience into a format built around audience retention and consistent content. I’m passionate about helping creators turn their ideas and conversations into polished videos that feel authentic while keeping viewers watching.

Contact : konradg154@gmail.com I've been creating content since 2015, when I was 11. Since then, I've operated multiple YouTube channels and experimented with different businesses and projects, but the two channels featured on my profile are the ones that best represent my work. I'm genuinely fascinated by YouTube itself. I love studying why certain ideas, titles and thumbnails work, talking about the theory behind them, and then actually testing those ideas in practice. I'm constantly trying to learn new skills and understand the platform better. I'm the most passionate about creating thumbnails that grab attention and finding out what was the main factor for them to work, as well as experimenting with new styles I come from Poland but my English both written and spoken is B2/C2, so communication will not be an issue

I'm a creative and detail-oriented video editor passionate about turning raw footage into engaging content. I enjoy working with both long-form YouTube videos and short-form content such as Shorts, TikToks and Reels. I'm always looking for ways to improve my editing skills and learn new techniques, from pacing and storytelling to transitions, subtitles, sound design and visual effects. I care about making content feel dynamic while still matching each creator's personality and style. I'm particularly excited about working with creators who want someone reliable, creative and willing to learn. I bring attention to detail, creativity and a strong willingness to adapt to different types of content and editing styles. I'm ready to help turn ideas and raw footage into content that people actually want to keep watching.

I write scripts. That's basically it but I take it seriously. I got into this by watching way too many YouTube videos and asking "why did I not skip that part?" Turns out there's a science to it hooks, pacing, when to slow down, when to hit fast and I spent a lot of time just breaking that down instead of scrolling mindlessly. Eventually I started writing my own stuff to test what I'd learned, and it stuck. I'm not precious about my writing. If a line doesn't earn its place, it gets cut. My job is to make the video work, not to sound clever. Give me a topic and a rough vibe of the channel, and I'll come back with something that's built to keep people watching, not just something that reads nice on paper. Still figuring a lot of this out, honestly but I learn fast and I care about getting it right.

Honestly I’m an aspiring video editor focused on creating engaging YouTube Shorts, Reels, and social media content. I’m passionate about learning editing, storytelling, pacing, captions, and visual effects. I’m looking for opportunities to work with creators, improve my skills, and deliver clean, engaging videos. I’m reliable, open to feedback, and committed to improving with every project.

I've created over 5,000 designs for my own Amazon and Etsy stores. After 7 years and 60k+ sales, I have some idea of what makes people click. I pride myself in finding humor in everything and write jokes that people can relate to. Relatable Humor skill can be transferred to writing ad copies, visual comedy and maybe something brand new.

I’m a video editor and 3D animation graduate who learned my craft by creating content for my own YouTube channel, where I combine curiosity, humor, animation, and creative editing. Working on my own channel has given me hands-on experience with the entire process, from finding and developing ideas to editing, pacing, visual storytelling, sound design, and creating engaging moments that keep viewers watching. I’ve also edited gameplay and other types of content, which has helped me become comfortable adapting my editing style to different formats and audiences. My background in 3D animation gives me an additional perspective as an editor, allowing me to think beyond traditional cuts and incorporate animation, visual effects, motion, and creative visual solutions when they can make a video more entertaining. What makes me unique is that I approach editing not just as putting clips together, but as a way of telling a story and delivering a specific feeling. I’m passionate about internet content, animation, humor, and visual storytelling, and I’m always looking for new ways to make a video more dynamic, memorable, and fun to watch.

My background combines hands-on video production with video editing, which shapes the way I approach every project. I think about what the viewer needs to see, hear and understand — not just where to make the next cut. I edit long-form YouTube videos, online courses, short-form content and branded videos, with a focus on pacing, clarity, storytelling and clean visuals. I work primarily in DaVinci Resolve, turning raw footage into polished videos that feel intentional without being over-edited. Because I also work behind the camera, I bring a production mindset to the edit and can contribute to decisions around visual approach, shot selection, B-roll and overall structure. I’m especially interested in long-form YouTube and educational content, where editing needs to keep the viewer engaged while respecting the subject and the creator’s voice. My goal is simple: understand what each project needs, communicate clearly and deliver reliable work I’m proud to put my name on.
