We're looking for a long-term video editor who knows how to keep viewers hooked from the first second. You'll take our raw footage and turn it into dynamic, well-paced stories where the serious historical or documentary parts flow naturally with our humor and banter on camera.

- You watch a lot of YouTube and genuinely understand retention, pacing, and what makes a video clickable and watchable for a broad audience.
- You know when to let a funny or authentic moment breathe on camera, and when to speed things up with tight cuts, maps, B-roll, and motion graphics during documentary explanations.
- You pay strong attention to sound design and music selection because you know audio carries half the emotion of a video.
- You communicate clearly, hit deadlines without excuses, and want to grow alongside our channel long-term.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience editing YouTube vlogs, travel videos, or mini-documentaries (please link your best work, especially videos where you handled both storytelling and pacing).
- Strong command of spoken English so you can easily follow our dialogue, catch jokes, and build the narrative without needing every single cut explained.
- Solid skills in sound mixing, color grading, and basic motion graphics/text animations for historical or factual segments.
- Reliable turnaround times and willingness to hop on occasional calls to go over feedback and ideas.
