YouTube Video Editor & Channel Manager | Shorts, Long-Form & Growth Strategy

I’m a YouTube video editor and channel manager with hands-on experience helping a growing Christian content creator develop his channel, produce engaging videos, and reach new audiences.

I currently manage content production and strategy for Nicholas Payne’s YouTube channel. My responsibilities include editing YouTube Shorts and long-form videos, creating thumbnails, writing engaging titles and descriptions, organizing publishing schedules, and analyzing video performance.

Since taking on this role in April 2026, I’ve helped grow the channel to over 1,200 subscribers through consistent publishing, content optimization, and a strong focus on audience engagement.

I primarily use CapCut for video editing and Canva for thumbnails and graphics. I also work with YouTube Studio to monitor click-through rates, audience retention, watch hours, and subscriber growth.

What sets me apart is that I approach content creation from both an editorial and strategic perspective. I don’t just edit videos...I think about how to capture attention, keep viewers watching, and help creators build sustainable audiences.

I’m particularly passionate about helping Christian and faith-based creators share meaningful messages, but I’m also open to working with creators across different niches.
