Description
I started as an editor, and I kept asking why. Why one video held people and the next one didn't. Why the team kept missing uploads. Why every problem landed on the creator's desk.
Those questions turned me into the person who builds the operation behind a channel. On one YouTube channel I went from editor to creative director. I set up the shared files, brand standards and handoffs that let a small team publish a 30-minute video almost every day, then led the shift to fewer, better videos. That channel passed 120 million views.
Since then I've built the same kind of backbone in very different places: a production agency serving dozens of creators, a mental health nonprofit, a civic media group, and local businesses putting their experts on camera. I also helped make a documentary that has passed 1.6 million views, with a team I'd worked alongside for years.
Here's what all of it taught me. The algorithm rewards retention, and retention comes from story. Packaging earns the click; the story is what keeps people watching. Systems are what let you tell that story every week without burning out.
So that's what I bring: creative direction you can see in the retention graph, plus the workflows, roles and training that let your team own the day to day. If your channel has outgrown the way it runs, tell me where it's stuck.

Powersports Dealership: Shop Expertise on Screen
En savoir plus
A Colorado powersports dealership with deep shop expertise and no consistent way to show it. Now their shop knowledge reaches riders every week, turning local know-how into local authority. First-time browsers turn into repeat customers, and past buyers keep coming back. That same expertise now extends into operations, with automation bringing the store online and moving inventory into e-commerce sales. -

Mushroom Education Brand: Teaching That Sells
En savoir plus
A mushroom-growing education brand with a real, growing audience and a founder carrying the whole thing alone. Now the teaching does the selling. Educational videos make viewers want to buy, without a single hard pitch. A 20+ module masterclass teaches people how to grow mushrooms from spore to fruit, on a content rhythm that protects the founder's time instead of eating it. Nearly half of viewers clicked through to the product from a single story-first product review. -

Mental Health Nonprofit: One Shared System
En savoir plus
A mental health nonprofit with passionate experts and writers spread across the world, working across addiction recovery, reentry and youth mental health. The challenge was producing professional work on all of it at once without overwhelming the people leading. Now a global team produces on-brand video, design and blog work, multiple initiatives move forward at the same time on one shared, documented system, and leadership spot-checks the work instead of driving it. -

Global Creative Agency: One System, 25+ Creators
En savoir plus
A creative agency runs end-to-end production for dozens of creator channels across the globe. The work was turning a worldwide group into one systematic operation that delivers the same quality no matter who picks up the project. A global team of scriptwriters, strategists, editors and thumbnail designers now works to one shared standard. Any role can step into any project and match the brand, because the process holds the standard, not one person. -

Civic Media Group: A Self-Sustaining Media Engine
En savoir plus
A civic media group with deep conviction and a fast-growing community. The work was building the structure that turned that energy into a professional, self-sustaining engine. Now a repeatable publishing engine runs on systems that multiply the team's time, so a small group produces like a much larger one, with the capacity to produce full investigative documentaries, start to finish. -
