I have 5 years of experience in YouTube content production, progressing from content creator and editor to QA, channel manager, and COO in the Minecraft and Roblox niche.

I specialize in improving retention, building production systems, and managing content teams. I’ve successfully launched 10+ channels from scratch, increased retention from 18% to 35% within 6 months, and reduced onboarding time by more than 50%.
