I am a research-focused writer and emerging true-crime YouTube scriptwriter with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Radford University. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Forensic Psychology at Arizona State University. My academic background has trained me to research complex material, assess source credibility, organize detailed information into a clear timeline, and communicate sensitive topics with accuracy and care.

My honors research at Radford University received university recognition, including the Honors Outstanding Citizen Award and Outstanding Honors Contract Award. Through research and academic writing, I have developed a strong foundation in synthesizing scholarly information, separating documented facts from speculation, and presenting complex psychological and criminal-justice concepts in an accessible way.

I am especially passionate about long-form storytelling involving true crime, criminal investigations, interrogation footage, police body-camera cases, and the human factors behind investigative decisions. I combine a storyteller’s understanding of hooks, pacing, tension, transitions, and audience retention with a research-minded approach to fact-checking and ethical coverage. I avoid sensationalizing victims, overclaiming what body language can prove, or treating speculation as fact.

While I am beginning my professional YouTube-scriptwriting career, I have created a research-based true-crime script portfolio sample that demonstrates my ability to build a compelling, chronological, retention-focused narrative from publicly reported case material.
