EXPERT Video Editor | Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects Master

I’m Ravi Shankar, a video editor with five years of experience, specializing in documentary-style videos, faceless YouTube content and cinematic storytelling.

I turn scripts and voiceovers into engaging videos through carefully selected footage, archival images, motion graphics, animated maps and sound design. I’m particularly interested in true crime, business, aviation, history and educational storytelling.

My approach starts with understanding the story: building a strong opening, making complex ideas easy to follow, and balancing tension with moments that let the story breathe. Every visual, cut and sound should serve a purpose.

I work with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and GeoLayers 3. I’m available for ongoing remote editing work and interested in long-term collaborations with creators who publish consistently and care about quality.

If you’re looking for an editor for your documentary or faceless YouTube channel, I’d be happy to share relevant samples and discuss your next video.
